The catalog is a starting point

Prices on this site are starting prices in United States dollars, between $500 and $1,000 depending on the service. They describe a first piece of work, not every possible project. A bigger job is quoted after we talk.

Sending a request on this site is not a paid order. Work does not start, and money is not due, until we agree the work in writing and you pay.

What you get

Each service page lists what the starting package includes. We do the things on that list, unless we both agree a change in writing. We do not promise sales, search rankings, or app-store approval.

You provide the accounts, content, and access we need (hosting, store accounts, brand files, APIs). If those are late, the work is late too.

Payment

We accept payments in cryptocurrency for all our services, in addition to standard payment methods.

Changes and cancellation

If you change the brief after we agree the work, we will say how that changes price and time before we do the extra work. You can cancel a request that is not yet paid, at no charge. After paid work has started, you pay for the work already done.

Your content and our work

You keep what you give us. After the agreed fee is paid, you own the work we made for you, except tools and methods we already use for other clients. We may mention the project unless you ask us not to in writing.

Please use the site fairly

Do not send unlawful or harmful requests, or try to break the site. We may refuse a request that would break the law or these terms.

If something goes wrong

This site is a catalog and a request form. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for side losses, and our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

Privacy

How we handle names, emails, and notes is in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms for new requests.
