web1 sells software services: custom software, web and mobile apps, integrations, and support. This website presents our catalog and lets you request a service. If you have a privacy question, reply to the email we send you.

What we collect

When you send an order request we keep the name, email, address, phone, and any note you type, plus the services in your cart.

Your cart is stored in a session on our server while you shop. Server logs may keep the page you opened and the time, so we can fix problems.

How we use it

• To write back and confirm what you asked for.
• To send a copy of your request to your email.
• To keep the site working.

We do not sell your contact details.

Sharing

We share your details only if we need to do the work you asked for, if the law requires it, or if you ask us to. We do not collect card numbers on this site. Card payments use a link we send after the order.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we need it to reply and do the work. You can ask us to delete a request that has not become paid work.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
